Parent's Corner

Parents Corner is a nonprofit dedicated to making community events more accessible, comfortable, and inclusive for families across Northeast Connecticut. Their work focuses on practical, on-site solutions (like portable changing tables and family support resources) that remove barriers parents often face when attending public events.

The goal of this project was to redesign Parents Corner’s website into a clear, welcoming, and functional digital hub that reflects their mission, supports community engagement, and makes it easy for families, event organizers, and sponsors to understand and support their impact.

Achievements

  • Transformed a previously fragmented web presence into a cohesive, professional nonprofit website

  • Clarified Parents Corner’s offerings for multiple audiences: families, municipalities, event organizers, and sponsors

  • Created a scalable foundation that supports future growth, sponsorship expansion, and community partnerships

  • Delivered a low-maintenance, future-ready site that staff can confidently update and manage

Most importantly, the site now clearly communicates why Parents Corner matters and how the community can get involved.
